Tonight was the final meeting of our Gospel campaign here in Karu, Nigeria and the attendance peaked at 450,000 people! Watching the multitudes streaming onto the field by the thousands one pastor said, “It looks like the Children of Israel entering the Promised Land”. As Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke preached the Gospel tonight, the people were absolutely captivated and they responded with such eager enthusiasm that when they prayed, calling upon the name of Jesus for salvation, it seemed as if the ground was trembling.

A young man brought a diagnosis from 2006 that said he was HIV positive. But after receiving prayer last night, he went for another test this morning. He also brought that report and I read it to the crowd…”HIV Negative”!

Many other amazing miracles took place you can see a few of them in the attached pictures. Tomorrow night is the final meeting here in Karu and we believe that Jesus has saved the best for last. Please continue to pray.

Hold on to your hats! When we arrived at the field tonight we saw how piles of stolen belongings had been surrendered by thieves to be turned over to the authorities. Also, many idols and witchcraft items were brought to be burned! Once they went up in smoke I began to pray for the people breaking every devilish curse in the mighty name of Jesus and amazing things began to happen! Demons started manifesting, healing was spontaneously breaking out all across the field and many bondages were instantly broken. An insane woman suddenly came to her senses. Cripples began to walk, people blind, deaf and dumb were instantly healed. The crowd of 250,000 was ecstatic; dancing and singing for joy. It was holy chaos…I wish you could have seen it!!

Residents in the Nigerian village of Karu are seeing an outpouring of healing miracles, with the deaf hearing, lame walking and a man healed of mental illness.

So says Daniel Kolenda, an evangelist with Christ for All Nations, a Florida-based ministry founded by Reinhard Bonnke that has been leading crusades across Africa for more than 30 years.

In an email report about CfaN’s Karu crusade this week, Kolenda said a woman who had been crippled by a spinal cord injury rushed onto the platform with her crutches raised over her head. Another woman who had been deaf for 20 years reportedly was able to hear, and a young man who was unable to use the right side of his body for 11 years was miraculously healed…..(Continued)

Tonight the crowd nearly doubled to 200,000! The power of God fell in an extraordinary way and miracles began to take place even before I had finished praying for the sick.

As I was praying I saw a young woman running to the platform with crutches raised over her head. I immediately called her up to the platform. She came with her sister and they told me that she had been crippled by a severe spinal cord injury, but suddenly the power of God came over her and she was totally healed. They wept and embraced as they told the story.

15 years ago, Karu, Nigeria was known as “The One Man Village” because of its incredibly small population. Tonight – the first night of this campaign – more than 110,000 people poured onto the crusade field, eager to hear the message of salvation. As I preached the Gospel, the massive crowd stood motionless…hanging on every word. When I gave the invitation for salvation they responded in huge numbers surrendering their lives to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

After the prayer for the sick, the glory of the Lord rested on that dusty Nigerian field in a powerful way and miracles began to break out everywhere! Even as we listened to the testimonies our voices were often drowned out by the sound of the crowd erupting with shouts of joy as miracles continued to occur throughout the night. We have just arrived in the city of Karu in Nigeria where the people have been waiting for our arrival with great anticipation. It is officially the beginning of the 2010-2011 Crusade season and we are so eager to jump back into this unprecedented and historic harvest of souls taking place on the African continent.

The pastors told us today that our coming now is especially significant to them because it was in August of 1910 that the first missionaries came to this region…exactly 100 years ago this month! Although it is rainy season here in Nigeria and we technically consider this our “Out of Season” crusade, we all have a sense that the timing of this event has been divinely orchestrated.

Just a few hours ago Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke finished preaching the Gospel here in Kiev, Ukraine and the response was overwhelming. This concludes our final open-air evangelistic meeting here and, as usual, we are returning home rejoicing with the many souls that found salvation and healing this week through the power of the cross. Thank you for your ongoing prayers and financial support. We need them now as we look forward to the beginning of the crusade season in Africa that is quickly approaching. We are co-laborers together in this historic harvest.

We often say that the Jesus of Africa is the same everywhere. Today we saw the evidence of this here in Kiev, Ukraine where we have just concluded a full day of dynamic ministry.

This morning began with the Fire Conference where evangelist Bonnke and I preached in the stadium to pastors and church workers who gathered to receive the Fire of the Holy Spirit (see attached pictures). We laid hands on 7,000 people and the Holy Spirit fell in mighty power. We pray that the Fire may go out through these leaders and spread across the nation.

This evening was the first of the Evangelistic open-air meetings. We preached the Gospel and the altar was packed…standing room only. Then, after the prayer for the sick, mighty miracles took place including the healing of a girl who was crippled for 3 years (see attached picture), a man who was deaf in one ear, a woman who had severe back problems (which two surgeries were unable to fix) and many more. The Jesus of Africa is truly the same in the Ukraine…and He is the same wherever you are; yesterday, today and forever! Receive your miracle by faith in His name today!
