The Decision Card Count is in! – Freetown, Sierra Leon

post by Daniel Kolenda on April 30th, 2012

We’ve received the wonderful report that 301,790 people returned completed decision cards at our most recent campaign in Freetown, Sierra Leone indicating that they have made a decision to follow Jesus. These individuals have now been entered into our follow up system and local churches will be overflowing with new converts.

Thank you for standing with us to make this campaign possible. We are now trusting the Lord for the finance for our next campaign in Uganda. Please continue to pray with us that every need would be met.

Harvest Joy – Ogbomosho, Nigeria – Final Day

November 14th, 2010

Tonight I’m sure that all of Heaven was focused on the massive harvest that took place in Ogbomosho, Nigeria. We were amazed to see that the crowd had grown so dramatically over yesterday to 400,000! I preached the Gospel and prayed for the sick and Jesus did the rest. The response was overwhelming and thousands passed from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God.

After the testimonies of healing, Evangelist Bonnke pronounced blessings over the land and following each declaration there was a mighty, earth-shaking “AMEN!” that resounded from the crowd. The people received every blessing in faith and they will not be disappointed in Jesus name.

This is That – Ogbomosho, Nigeria – Day 4

November 13th, 2010

This has been a Holy Spirit day from start to finish. This morning, in the final meeting of the Fire Conference, thousands of pastors received an impartation of the fire of the Holy Spirit. I laid hands on over 500 pastors and sent them out into the huge crowd to lay hands on all the other delegates. We heard that a young Muslim man who had been a mute for 2 years was there when the Holy Spirit fell and suddenly discovered he could speak. He didn’t know what had happened to him so he began asking the pastors. They explained to him that it was Jesus who had healed him!

Tonight, after I preached the Gospel, Evangelist Bonnke prayed for the 275,000 people gathered on the crusade field to also receive the Baptism into the Holy Spirit and I had to choke back the tears as the roar of the crowd caused the ground to tremble.

On the day of Pentecost, Peter had the spiritual discernment to recognize that what was taking place was more than ecstatic manifestations or paranormal phenomena. He had the prophetic sensitivity to see beyond the wind, the fire, the tongues and the ecstasy…realizing the eternal significance of that Pentecostal outpouring. “This is that”, he said, “Which was spoken by the prophet Joel”.

The Full Gospel – Ogbomosho, Nigeria – Day 3

November 12th, 2010

Just moments ago, we left the crusade field where 250,000 people gathered to hear the Gospel. I preached a classic message about the blood of Jesus and then we appropriated the power of that blood with great effect. Many thousands prayed with me to receive salvation and then I began to call out the traditional curses one by one, breaking their power in the name of Jesus!

We are looking forward to tomorrow’s meetings where, in the Fire Conference and in the evening meeting, the Holy Spirit will be poured out on the thousands who gather to receive. Salvation, deliverance, healing and Holy Spirit infilling…this is the full Gospel and we are not ashamed! There is still much work to be done here in Ogbomosho. Thank you for continuing to uphold us in prayer as we press on.

Read the testimonies and see photos of the miracles…

Flash Floods of Salvation – Ogbomosho, Nigeria – Day 2

November 11th, 2010

Tonight the attendance increased to 200,000 here in Ogbomosho, Nigeria. Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke preached a classic Gospel message and when the invitation for salvation was given, the response was overwhelming. It is as though a flash flood of salvation has swept through this region washing away every stronghold of sin and Satan.

We are praying that the Lord would raise up an army of Holy Spirit anointed men and women here in Ogbomosho that will continue to reap the harvest long after we are gone.

See the photo of a young girl healed from blindness tonight…

The Outpouring Continues – Ogbomosho, Nigeria – Day 1

November 11th, 2010

Tonight was the beginning of our Great Gospel Campaign here in Ogbomosho, Nigeria and we can already see that this is going to be an extraordinary week. 150,000 people attended tonight’s opening meeting including the governor of Oyo State and as Evangelist Bonnke and I ministered, the Word of God was received with great faith.

Tonight we witnessed the power of the Gospel not only to save and deliver, but also to heal. Among others, a man totally deaf in both ears for 17 years was healed tonight as well as a boy who had been crippled for 3 years and a woman who had been blind for 2 years.
